INDAQUA  is a Portuguese company, that the result of the strategic partnership for the water sector between economic groups with skills in different areas and with great international presence.

Created to operate, essentially within the municipal concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), the Indaqua represents a clear bet in the environmental sector and in managing the water cycle, integrating capture and eater treatment, transportation and distribution, collection and wastewater treatment.

Evidence of this bet is the participation of Indaqua since 1994 in all relevant public tenders for the award of municipal concessions, winning in 1996 the first contract in the city of Fafe, located in the north of Portugal.

Today and for the population served, the INDAQUA is the largest Portuguese private operator, in relation to the universe of municipal water concessions. It has the direct control of their oil companies with a shareholding of not less than 97% and becomes even as a partner cities, in the Municipal companies through public-private partnerships.
